This Privacy Policy outlines the manner in which Lighthouse Keeper (the "app"), released by BIRD VICE DEVELOPMENTS LTD, processes information. It is applicable solely to the Android version of the app.
Information we collect
Lighthouse Keeper neither gathers, retains nor transmits any personal information to BIRD VICE DEVELOPMENTS LTD or to any of our own servers.
The application does not require user accounts and includes no analytics or third‑party crash‑reporting tools.
Advertising and tracking
The app does not access the Android Advertising ID (AD_ID) and incorporates no advertising SDKs or external tracking mechanisms.
We do not sell or share personal data.
Device permissions
Permissions are requested only when a specific feature demands them, and any data involved is processed locally on the device.

Data stored on your device
All data saved by the app remains on your device, never leaving it, and is removed when you uninstall the app or clear its data in Android Settings.
Third-party services
The app does not embed third‑party services directly; Google Play and Android operate under their respective privacy policies.
Children's privacy
The app is not intended for children under 13 years of age (COPPA) and does not intentionally collect data from minors. In jurisdictions where the age of digital consent exceeds 13, that higher age applies. Parents may contact malikadeyemi384@gmail.com with any inquiries.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, to object to processing, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
Under the CCPA/CPRA you may request disclosure and deletion of personal information and may opt out of any sale. We do not sell or share personal data.
Because the app retains no personal data, deletion is achieved by uninstalling the app. We respond to email requests within a reasonable timeframe, not exceeding 30 days.
Data retention
We retain no user data. If you contact us by email, we use your message solely to provide a response.
Security
Your information stays on your device and is protected by Android’s security mechanisms. No system is infallible, so we keep the app minimal and avoid collecting unnecessary data.

Should this policy be updated, the revised version will be posted on this page and the "Last updated" date will be amended.
